With schools re-opening, it's time to get cooking again! We've taken all the necessary steps to ensure our cooks can safely return to the kitchen. Our class sizes are smaller, we're individualizing more of the preparation tasks, and we've made sure every student can maintain a safe distance from others.
We were already clean freaks, so that hasn't changed much, but now we're following the CDC's recommended cleaning and disinfecting guidelines for extra protection against COVID. Our instructors and young cooks will be required to wear disposable gloves (provided) and a face mask, but of course not when they are enjoying their culinary creations!
